• Payments are due according to the terms outlined in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
• Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered or if additional work is requested after the project has begun.

3. Property Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.

Sanders Plumbing reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or suspend work if unsafe conditions, restricted access, or unforeseen circumstances prevent services from being completed safely.

4. Workmanship & Liability

We are committed to providing quality workmanship and dependable service on every project.

Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products and equipment installed by Sanders Plumbing.

Sanders Plumbing is not responsible for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, existing concealed plumbing issues, misuse of plumbing systems, or lack of proper maintenance.

5. Permits & Code Compliance

When required, Sanders Plumbing will obtain applicable permits and perform work in accordance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information necessary to complete the work.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Service Refusal & Termination
